CONTRACT

PUPPY HAS BEEN VET CHECKED AND HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE FREE OF GENETIC DEFECTS AND IS IN GOOD HEALTH. CUSTOMER WILL HAVE THEIR STATE LICENCED VET CHECK THE HEALTH OF THE PUPPY WITHIN 24 HOURS TO VERIFY THE PUP'S STATE OF HEALTH.WE OFFER A HEALTH GUARANTEE ON ALL PUPPY'S WE SELL.YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PUPPY CHECKED BY YOUR VET WITHIN 24 HOUR'S.IF ANYTHING HAPPENS WITHIN THAT TIME,LIKE IF YOUR PUPPY GET'S SICK OR DIE'S CONTACT US AND WE WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER PUPPY OF THE SAME VALUE.IF ITS THE FAULT OF OUR KENNEL.ALSO IF YOUR APBT DIES OF DISTEMPER,HEPATITIS,LEPTOSPIROSIS

WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH YOUR APBT WILL BE REPLACED WITH A DOG OF THE SAME VALUE.

 PUPPY'S MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE SHIPPED.

          NOTE: FOR ANY CONTRACT TO BE LEGALLY BINDING THE DOCUMENT MUST BE WITNESSED

Thank you for expressing an interest in using ____________________________in your breeding program. Enclosed you will find a copy of his pedigree
and our policies concerning stud services to outside bitches. Before a commitment for breeding is made please consider the following.
1. A photocopy of your bitch's UKC/ADBA/ABKC Registeration.
2. A legible four generation pedigree.
3. Recent photograph of the bitch.
Following an agreement to breed, it is required that you:
1. Provide a veterinary certificate of a negative Brucella titer dated no more than 30 days before the mating. We will need a photocopy of all lab reports.
2. Pay all transportation costs for the bitch. Airport pick-up and delivery fees to specified Airport
 as follows:________________________(To be paid before the bitch is shipped.)
3. Pay all veterinary costs, at the time of service, while the bitch is in our care. This would include vaginal smears,
artificial insemination (if the bitch is unreceptive to natural breeding)
4. Pay all expenses if using fresh chilled semen including collection kits, semen collection, shipping charges, etc.
5. A record of current vaccinations including Rabies.
 
6. Agree that puppies resulting from this breeding shall not knowingly be sold either directly, or to an agent thereof, who s
ells outright or consigns to a pet shop or puppy mill.
Prior to an agreement to breed, our responsibilities to you are as follows:
1. To provide a photocopy of our stud's UKC/ADBA/ABKC registration.
 
2. A four generation pedigree.
After an agreement to breed has been signed, it would be our responsibility to provide you:
1. A veterinarian certificate of a negative Brucella titer dated no more than 30 days before the mating.
All proposed bitches must meet the following criteria:
1. The bitch must be in good physical condition. She must be free of fleas and ticks and have had a bath before she arrives.
2. The bitch must have a stable temperament.
3. The bitch must have proper dentition.
4. If the bitch is five years of age or older she ought to have a current T4 thyroid test.
STUD SERVICE POLICY

One live puppy constitutes a litter
If a breeding does not occur, either naturally or artificially, the owner of the stud dog will allow for a repeat breeding on the next cycle.
After the second try, if still no success a refund can be provided minus (-) .00 a day boarding costs.
